Affiliate disclosure
The short version: some links pay us a commission. Verdicts are not for sale.
What an affiliate link is
When you click certain links on this site and sign up or buy, the company pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same. Links that pay us are marked at the top of each article with a disclosure notice, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent rules elsewhere.
Programs we participate in
We are, or have applied to be, a partner of tools including Beehiiv, Kit, Systeme.io and HubSpot, through their own partner programs or networks such as Impact, PartnerStack and Awin. This list is updated as programs change.
How commissions affect content
- We decide what to test and what to recommend before we check whether a program exists.
- We recommend tools with no affiliate program when they are the better choice, and say so.
- Commission rates never influence rankings. A tool that pays more does not rank higher.
- We do not accept payment for reviews, placements or rankings, and we do not publish sponsored content.
Tracking
Affiliate links go through short redirect URLs on this domain (for example /go/toolname) so we can update programs without editing articles. The partner's site may set a cookie to attribute the sale; see our privacy policy.
