Who we are

Solo Ops Weekly ("we") operates https://soloopsweekly.com. The data controller is the operator of this site, based in Sweden, reachable at hello@soloopsweekly.com.

What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe. Processed by Beehiiv (our newsletter provider) on our behalf. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Website analytics: this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
• Email you send us: kept as long as needed to reply and handle the matter.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. When you click an affiliate link, the partner's site may set a cookie to attribute a purchase to us; that is governed by the partner's privacy policy.

Processors and transfers

Beehiiv (US) and Cloudflare (US/EU) process data on our behalf under standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email hello@soloopsweekly.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted by the provider according to its retention schedule. Correspondence is deleted within 12 months of resolution.

We will update this page when anything changes and note the date above.
